GREENLEAF VANILLA FARMERS ASSOCIATION.
Green Leaf Vanilla is a Ugandan community-based organization that groups farmers around organic vanilla production. By supporting its members through training and empowering them as a collective, the organization offers a social alternative to a product that is often connected to poor working conditions and child labor. Green Leaf Vanilla has started its own processing, shifting the ability to capture the value of vanilla towards the farmers. The organization has 100 members, and its vision is to reach economic prosperity among their community. Green Leaf Vanilla offers high-quality vanilla beans. Throughout the cultivation process, the farmers receive support in adjusting their methods to achieve the optimal output. After harvesting, each bean is examined individually, and only the best beans are selected for sale. The vanilla is grown purely organic, and farmers use agro ecological methods. As of today, Green Leaf Vanilla can produce 500 kilograms of fully cured vanilla twice a year. Green Leaf Vanilla does not hold any official certificates for their organic production as certification is currently not affordable. However, organic production is a basis of the organization's constitution, and monitoring this is a top priority.

GREENLEAF SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM.
Under this philanthropic activity we connect with the community to identify the highly intelligent but unprivileged community children to connect them with tourists or good hearted people who help them with school needs. On top of that, we organize and get scholastic materials to most of the school going children in the community to assist on parents who may not afford them. As of now we have about three children under this program. We are in need of more sponsors.
